Itinerary

Day 01Nepal: Arrival.

  • Upon arrival in KATHMANDU you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel.
  • After short relaxation,  you will be taken for a visit of the Hindu religious site in Nepal, PASHUPATINATH. This is the place where holy saddhus pray and cremations on the Bagmati River are carried out.
  • We then continue to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal, BOUDHANATH, with its large stupa, this is the place where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage.
  • Night stay in hotel.
 

Day 02Nepal: Patan, Lalitpur Sightseeing.

  • This morning, you will be taken for a visit to PATAN. Also known as LALITPUR, the city of beauty is separated from Kathmandu only by the Bagmati River and is the second largest town in the valley. 
  • Patan’s central DURBAR SQUARE is absolutely packed with temples.
  • You will then go to SWAYAMBHUNATH the golden spire of the 5th-century Swayambhu stupa is adorned with a colorful fluttering of prayer flags.
  • Later after checking out from hotel, drive to POKHARA. From Pokhara town (2,352 feet) the 25,000+ peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges rise a scant 20 miles away with no intervening ridges to spoil the view.
  • Enroute you have option to enjoy cable car riding at MANOKAMNA TEMPLE on own cost.
  • On arrival to Pokhara, transfer to hotel.

Day 03Sarangkot Village Tour.

  • This morning you will go for a excursion trip to SARANGKOT. One gets to see beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from Sarangkot as the sun splashes hues of red on the Himalayan range.
  • On a clear day, the panoramic ranges of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre and Ganesh Himal can be observed from here.
  • This afternoon you will visit BINDEBASINI TEMPLE. The temple is in the area of the bazaar, hence,a journey of the old bazaar can be combined with a visit to the temple.
  • Sightseeing to DEVI’S FALL, also known as PATALE CHANGO is an awesome waterfall lying 2 km southwest of Pokhara. Just opposite of Devi’s fall, on the other side of the road, there is GUPTESHWOR CAVE. 
  • Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04Chitwan Arrival.

  • This morning after breakfast and checking out from hotel, drive to CHITWAN. Chitwan is one of Asia’s premier wildlife reserves.
  • Its 360 square miles of tall grasslands and forests are home to a wide variety of mammals and birds, including several endangered species.
  • On arrival, transfer to hotel. 

Day 05Chitwan Sightseeing.

  • This morning, enjoy jungle activities in CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK.
  • The main attraction is Elephant Safari/Jeep Safari, birdwatching, nature walk, canoeing, dugout etc.
  • Overnight stay at Chitwan.

Day 06Back To Kathmandu.

  • Post breakfast drive back to KATHMANDU & transfer to hotel.
  • You can spend the rest day at leisure for personal activities or shopping on own cost.
  • Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 07Departure.

  • Drop at the KATHMANDU AIRPORT!
  • Holiday Concludes!

Payment Policy

MORE THAN 40 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – 25% of the total trip cost

40 – 30 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – 35% of the total trip cost

20 – 15 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.

30 – 15 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

15 – 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.

LESS THAN 07 DAYS FOR THE TRIP – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
  •  If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the
    participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
  • If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no
    refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
