Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Hanoi – Half-Day City Tour

Arrive at Hanoi Airport, complete immigration.
Meet our guide for a warm welcome. Transfer to your hotel and relax.
In the afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, house-on-stilts, fishpond, and the unique One-Pillar Pagoda.
Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university.
Enjoy a 1-hour cyclo ride through the Old Quarter and around Hoan Kiem Lake, followed by a stroll through the lively narrow streets.
Return to your hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02Full-Day Tour to Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc

After breakfast, drive to Ninh Binh, the ancient capital of Vietnam.
Take a boat ride through the Tam Coc Caves, often called “Halong Bay on Land,” surrounded by limestone karsts and rice fields.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Then visit Hoa Lu’s historic palace and the Dinh and Le temples with intricate wood carvings.

Day 03Hanoi to Halong Bay – Overnight Cruise

Payment Policy

More than 40 days for the trip – 25% of the total trip cost
40 – 30 Days for the trip – 35% of the total trip cost
20 -15 days for the trip – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 Days for the trip – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.
30 – 15 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
15 – 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
Less than 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
