Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Hanoi & City Tour

Arrive at Hanoi Airport, complete immigration, and meet your guide.
Transfer to the hotel and relax.
Afternoon visit to Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Complex (Mausoleum, house-on-stilts, fishpond, One-Pillar Pagoda).
Explore the Temple of Literature and take a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 02Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu & Tam Coc

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a drive to Ninh Binh.
Boat ride through Tam Coc Caves (“Halong Bay on Land”).
Visit the ancient temples of Hoa Lu and serene Bich Dong Pagoda.
Return to Hanoi by evening.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 03Hanoi to Halong Bay

Morning transfer to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Board the cruise, enjoy lunch, and explore caves.
Kayaking, swimming, or relaxing onboard.
Participate in a cooking demo and enjoy the sunset.
Dinner and overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 04Halong Bay to Hanoi & Flight to Saigon

Start with a sunrise over Halong Bay, followed by morning exploration of islets and caves.
Disembark after brunch and return to Hanoi.
Fly to Saigon and transfer to the hotel.
Optional evening to explore or shop at Ben Thanh Market.
Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 05Mekong Delta Tour

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to My Tho.
Scenic boat ride through the Mekong Delta, tasting tropical fruits and listening to folk music.
Visit coconut and honeybee farms and the Vinh Trang Pagoda.
Return to Saigon by evening.
Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 06Chu Chi Tunnels & Leisure

Morning visit to the Chu Chi Tunnels for a guided tour of the historic underground network.
Return to Saigon for an afternoon of leisure.
Optional activities: nightlife, shopping, or sightseeing.
Overnight stay in Saigon.

Day 07Departure

Breakfast and hotel check-out.
Transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight home.
End of tour with cherished memories.

Payment Policy

More than 40 days for the trip – 25% of the total trip cost
40 – 30 Days for the trip – 35% of the total trip cost
20 -15 days for the trip – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 Days for the trip – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.
30 – 15 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
15 – 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
Less than 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
