Day 01Arrival in Hanoi – City Tour

Warm welcome and transfer to your hotel.
Visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh Complex, and the One-Pillar Pagoda.
Explore the Temple of Literature and enjoy a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Tam Coc (B/L)

Travel to Ninh Binh, explore Hoa Lu ancient capital and its historic temples.
Take a scenic boat ride through Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on Land.”
Visit Bich Dong Pagoda and return to Hanoi in the evening.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)

Journey to Halong Bay and embark on a 4-hour cruise.
Explore limestone islands, hidden caves, and floating villages.
Enjoy a delicious onboard lunch before returning to Hanoi.

Day 04Hanoi – Departure (B)

Payment Policy

More than 40 days for the trip – 25% of the total trip cost
40 – 30 Days for the trip – 35% of the total trip cost
20 -15 days for the trip – 40% of the total trip cost

Cancellation policy

30 Days for the trip – We don’t charge you anything except your booking amount. Booking amount is non-refundable.
30 – 15 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
15 – 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
Less than 07 Days for the trip – If you’re canceling the trip and opting for a refund within this period then 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
If a trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.), in that case, no refund would be provided. Travassa Holidays will not bear any extra expense due to such circumstances.
